Remakes have become a trend in Bollywood. Copying movies from other languages and getting inspired from some novels are not new here. Many actors have done remake, but one person who has given maximum number of hits in remake is our Salman Khan.

The Salman Khan – Rambha starrer, directed by K Muralimohana Rao was a remake of the Tamil hit Pandithurai. The film garnered good response and was declared a hit.
9- Biwi No. 1
It was remake of Kamal Hassan’s Tamil film Sathi Leelavathi, which in turn was inspired by American film She-Devil. Thought the movie was poorly received upon release it was blockbuster of 1999.
8- Tere Naam
It was a remake of the 1999 Tamil hit Sethu, written and directed by Bala. Before its release, media speculated that the film was based on Khan and Aishwarya Rai’s real life relationship. Salman’s performance was considered as ‘the best’ till date.
7- No Entry
The surprise blockbuster of Salman Khan’s career was the multi-starrer No Entry. The family-comedy entertainer was a remake of the 2002 Tamil film Charlie Chaplin.
6- Maine Pyaar Kyu Kiya
Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya was inspired by the Hollywood classic Cactus Flower.
Partner was a desi version of Will Smith’s Hitch.
This movie is considered as comeback movie of Salman Khan as it broke many records at the Box Office. It is a remake of Puri Jagannadh’s superhit Telugu Pokiri.
It is a remake of the Telugu film of the same name which starred Ram and Genelia. The movie joined 100 crore club by collected 121 crore (Nett gross) within 14 days.
Kick is a remake of Telugu movie of the same name. The Telugu version had Ravi Teja and Ileana D’Cruz in the lead role.
The latest Salman’s release was Bharat which is a remake of Korean movie Ode To My Father.
