10 Upcoming Superhero Films Which Is Going To Keep You Hooked Till 2021

If there’s one thing we love to see at the multiplex — over, and over, and over again — it’s a good superhero story. Superhero anticipation crested and came to a head with the release of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, the culmination of an impressive franchise that spanned more than 20 films. But, now that the Avengers are over (for now), does that mean that the superhero film is going to go the way of the Western? Comics fans have no need to fear, because there are still plenty of superhero films currently in the pipeline.

Superhero fatigue does not exist; not as long as the genre continues to pump our crowd-pleasing and money-making efforts with such frequency. Here are the upcoming superhero movies that have been announced already. The plots of many are still shrouded in secrecy, but there are plenty of returning favorite heroes — and villains — from both Marvel and DC.

Black Widow


Directed by Cate Shortland it is set to release on May 1, 2020.

Directed by Patty Jenkins it will release on June 5, 2020.

The Eternals


Directed by Chloe Zhao and will release on November 6, 2020.

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and to be released on February 12, 2021.

Directed by Scott Derrickson and will release in the year 2021.

The Batman


Directed by Matt Reeves starring Robert Pattinson is slated to release on June 25, 2021.
