11-YO Girl Donates Rs 11,000 From Her Savings To Help People Affected By Floods In Patna

Who doesn’t know the present scenario of Bihar floods.All the victims are terribly effected by this natural calamity.People from different sectors are helping in best of their way.

Recently, an 11 YO ,Patna girl ,donated her savings by breaking the piggy bank she had.What a humble example is seen ..

This young girl named Shreya siddhi was really troubled by the scene of the floods and people suffering due to the same. So she decided to take the humble action.

Shreya went with her father Rajiv Ranjan met Madhepur MP Pappu Yadav and handed over the amount. Yadav was distributing relief material among those struggling to cope after the floods.reports ANI.

The other example is also a girl who did that needful by her big efforts.

An 8-year-old girl broke open her piggy bank to help flood affected victims of Kerala in 2018. Reports state that Anupriya, a Class 2 student, had been saving money since four years to buy a bicycle. But she decided to give it all away to those who need it the most.

She had saved Rs 8,246, her father added some more to donate Rs 9,000 to Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.

Bihar is really having a tough phase ..

Relief and rescue operations are being carried out continuously in 15 districts of the northern and eastern parts of the flood hit state. 494 panchayats of these 15 districts are submerged in flood waters and more than 8,000 people are affected” reports DD news.

In the capital city of Patna, a large population is affected by the floods. Areas such as Kankarbagh, Rajendra Nagar and it’s surroundings are still waterlogged.

Around 21.45 lakh people have been the flood victims. 45 relief camps and 324 community kitchens have been set up and more than 1,000 boats have been deployed.

The stagnant water is the concern as it leads to many health issues and diseases are being caught up due to this water logging .
