1. Akshay Kumar
Akshay Kumar his famous for doing stunts all by himself and so there is no surprise if he gets injured. This was a dangerous stunt pulled by Akshay for ‘Singh Is Bling’ and he sustained some serious injuries.
2. Alia Bhatt
The actress suffered and arm injury while shooting for ‘Kapoor and Sons’ in Coonoor. Besides she was also seen walking with crutches during the promotion of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya after she suffered calf injury.
3. Ranveer Singh
Ranveer Singh injured himself on the sets of ‘Gunday’ and ‘Ram-Leela’. He cut his cheek while filming the former film and his foot while shooting the latter one. He also suffered a dislocated shoulder while shooting for ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and he posted a video from the operation theater!
4. John Abraham
The dimpled star also survived a major head injury when he got accidently hit on his head during an action sequence for Welcome Back. In the scene, John was supposed to be hit on the shoulder, but the calculation went wrong. However, he was safely back on shoots soon after.
5. Randeep Hooda
The Highway actor was shooting in Kuala Lampur sometime back, for Deepak Tijori’s Do Lafzon Ki Kahani, in which he plays an MMA fighter. While shooting, the stuntman he was dueling with, did not duck in time and he broke four toes on his left foot! Phew! That’s bound to hurt! In fact, he even shared the X-Ray of his foot on his twitter account as well.
6. Shraddha Kapoor
The ABCD 2 actress showed off her new avatar with the Remo Dsouza film. But, do you know that she was barred from dancing after she injured her leg while rehearsing a step for Baaghi.
7. Shah Rukh Khan
We can list down the number of injuries the superstar has had till date while shooting. Recent was during the shoot of Fan wherein as a part of sequence he had to chase a guy through the busy streets, this is when the actor fell and injured his hamstring and sprained his leg.
8. Katrina Kaif
Katrina fell from the horse’s back during the shoot of the movie Fitoor. Although there wasn’t any fight sequence that was going on but somehow she slipped and injured herself.

The Rock On actor had to bear with a painful elbow after he got an injury during an action sequence.

The stylish diva of bollywood was not spared of the pain when she had an accidental fall on the sets of her film. Sonam Kapoor injured herself while shooting for a song sequence for Prem Ratan Dhan Payo after she tripped over her heavy lehenga.
11. Arjun Kapoor
Arjun sustained back injury while shooting for the movie Gunday. Despite all odds Arjun went on shooting for one film after the other. Ultimately he was diagnosed with prolapsed cervical disc by the time he started shooting for Tevar.
12. Hrithik Roshan
We have often heard about Hrithik getting hurt while filming for his movies. However, the latest one was during the shoot of an epic drama ‘Mohenjo Daro.’The actor met with another accident wherein he fell and tore his ligament. It took weeks for him to recuperate.
13. Amitabh Bachchan
Who doesn’t know his story! A miracle recovery which was impossible then. Big B suffered a near fatal accident in the year 1982 while shooting a fight sequence for Manmohan Desai’s film ‘Coolie.’ He was declared clinically dead for few minutes. But miraculously started recuperating after a few days. Till date Mr. Bachchan pays heartiest gratitude to all his fans who prayed for him day and night.
