Hima Das secured her fourth gold in about fourteen days by winning the 200m at the Tabor Athletics Meet in Czech Republic.
She timed 23.25 seconds. VK Vismaya was second with 23.43.
Her own best of 23.10 seconds.
In her first focused 200m race of the year, the Assam sprinter had timed 23.65 seconds on her approach to gold at the Poznan Athletics Grand Prix in Poland on July 2. From that point onward, she won her second 200m gold at the Kutno Athletics Meet, additionally in Poland, on July 7 with a period of 23.97 seconds.
On July 13, she won her third 200m gold at the Kladno Athletics Meet in Czech Republic with a planning of 23.43 seconds.
Hima’s pet occasion is 400m and she is yet to fit the bill for the World Championships in both the occasions.
The World Championships qualifying time for 200m is 23.02 seconds, while it is 51.80 seconds in 400m.

In men’s 400m, Muhammad Anas won in 45.40 seconds in a fair field while countrymen Tom Noah Nirmal came next with a season best exertion of 46.59 seconds. K S Jeevan was third with a planning of 46.60 seconds and M P Jabir completed fourth in 47.16 seconds.
On July 13 at Kladno, Anas had bettered his own 400m national record to secure a gold and meet all requirements for the World Championships by timing 45.21 seconds.
The World Championships capability time is 45.30 seconds in men’s 400m race.
