Almost every celebrity is trolled online on a daily basis. I mean if you’re famous and are on social media, some people will try to put you down. But, most of them ignore and go on with their lives, because obviously trolls shouldn’t affect anyone, to be honest.
But, not Abhishek Bachchan. He has had enough and is always out there replying to people on Twitter. After all, he is quite active on the site. And, no one can blame him also. The guy has to face some of the most brutal hate comments and no one should brush that off.
He has proven time and again that he won’t back down from fighting off random trolls, especially when it comes to his personal life, but he also gets a lot of hate for his acting career. But, he always takes control and calmly sets the record straight. That’s quite commendable, TBH.
Here are six such instances when Abhishek shut down the Internet trolls like a boss.
In 2018, a Twitter user, @stillyoungest tagged Abhishek in a tweet about life philosophy. The tweet read,
“Don’t feel bad about your life. Just remember @juniorbachchan still lives with his parents. Keep hustling everyone!”
To which Abhishek proudly replied, “Yes! And it’s the proudest moment for me to be able to be there for them, as they have for me. Try it sometime, you might feel better about yourself.”
About four years ago, a troller @Mayankaryan084 tweeted a meme intending to make fun of Abhishek’s choice in movies, which included a photo of his daughter Aaradhya in the tweet. Have a look:
To which Abhishek gave a sassy reply. He wrote, “@Mayankaryan084 you feeling better about yourself now??? Good! Glad to have been of service. Now go back to the hole you crawled out of.”
The troller apologized but admitted that he wasn’t a fan of Abhishek’s movies.
Abhishek replied to him saying that he shouldn’t bring his daughter in the matter. “don’t like my movies? That’s cool. Will work harder to make movies you like. Bringing my daughter into it is NOT cool.”
In 2017, a Twitter user @shirjahan made a reference to Aaradhya’s appearance with mommy Aishwarya Rai Bachchan at a wedding in Mangalore. However, the tweet was later deleted. The tweet read,
“@juniorbachchan, is ur child not going to school? I do wonder What school gives permission to take a out a kid when u like to go a a trip with mom. Or are u guys going for beauty without brains. Always hand in hand with a arrogant mom. Not having a normal childhood.”
Abhishek gave a classy reply and wrote, “Ma’am, as far as I know… Most schools are shut for the week-end. She goes to school on the weekdays. Maybe you should try it considering you spelling in your tweet.”
To which the lady responded with an advice saying, “A yeah the spelling😂Any thanks for the response . Most people think it but don’t have the guts say something. Maybe u guys should post some pictures of her as normal kid and not one always hanging on her moms arm.” Later, this response was also deleted by the user.
Four years ago, stand-up comedian Aditi Mittal made fun of Abhishek’s acting skills in a tweet.
Abhishek, being all optimistic, replied, “the question mark at the end suggests that you have a doubt, mince, there is hope for me. Yay!”
Just so you know!
In 2015, Abhishek and Karan Talwar, who is known for trolling celebs, had some heated exchange of words. It all started with Karan’s following tweet.
To which Abhishek said,
But soon things took another turn.
Abhishek kept it classy.
But Karan took it a little too far.
In 2016, a Twitter user @mainbhiengineer compared Abhishek’s fame to Aftab Shivdasani.
Though he didn’t tagged Abhishek, but he somehow noticed the tweet and replied,
The user further replied.
To which Abhishek savagely replied,
That’s how you deal with your trolls. Agree with it or not, Abhishek Bachchan is 6 feet 2 inch of pure sass! Good going Junior Bachchan!
