Reviewing products, hotels, restaurants and other such places of interest are common but recently Chennai’s police station has found a spot in the rate card. A man, named Logeshwaran S, who was recently detained by the police, gave a 4-star rating to a police station in Tamil Nadu on Google Maps.
Logeshwaran posted a review of the Thirumullaivoyal T10 Police Station in Chennai in which he described the experience of his ‘stay’ there. Written like a typical hotel review, the writer of post, who claims to be a ‘local guide’, said that he was detained around midnight for riding a two-wheeler without proper documents.
He said that the station is clean and it is located on the main road. Calling the cops “staff”, he added that he wasn’t harassed by them. He claimed that he was not even required to bribe the officers for his release. He concluded the review by saying that it is a must-visit place for everyone.
A screenshot of the review is being widely circulated on social media and has prompted people to post hilarious reviews.

In another bizarre incident, a police station in Colombo, Sri Lanka received five-star reviews on Google Maps. A person by the name Wijesekara Pathurjan shared the review of Kollupitiya Police Station in which he explained his treatment inside the jail as nice and pleasant.
A Twitter user shared the screenshot of the review and netizens couldn’t keep calm.
