No matter what Karan Johar does, ‘Nepotism’ is something that’s never going to leave him anytime soon. The ‘nepotism’ debate is one that he has been at the center of since Kangana Ranaut called him out on it on his show.
He is always trolled for his casting choices. And the same happened, when Karan announced the star cast of his magnum opus ‘Takht’.
Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor will be the ones in the movie. All of them in a way or the other, falls in the nepotism category.
Soon people lashed out at Karan for harbouring nepotism and some even made fun by saying why Taimur is not in the star cast.
We didn’t expect, but Karan decided to give it back to the trolls in a full sassy way.
Have a look at the tweets and what Karan replied to them:
A one with heavy sarcasm:
The reply might’ve been a little petty, but it still does burn:
Take a note guys. Don’t ever mess with KJo.
