“As I was flicking through the photographs a while later, I saw that in one of them the monkey was really giving us the finger. I demonstrated my better half and we both began snickering. We thought it was clever.

Judy said that the exceptional picture was one of the features of their whole trek – and included that it would not be some time before she and her family came back to Bali.
The mum said: “I posted the photo to my Facebook and Instagram and all my family and friends thought it was hilarious.
“The experience was one of the highlights of our trip, and the photo itself is something we can look back on to remember forever. Bali is such a beautiful place and we can’t wait to go back one day.”
