Pakistan’s Foreign Minister has condemned the decision of abolishing ‘Article 370’ by Indian Government

Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Monday said that India’s choice to renounce Article 35A, which gives uncommon status to Jammu and Kashmir, has restored Kashmir issue.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi stated, “The transition to abrogate Article 35A has left India’s purported vote based face open to the world. The Kashmir initiative does not concur with India’s choice. India has restored the Kashmir issue with its decison.”

Prior on Monday, the legislature moved a goals in the Rajya Sabha to annulment Article 370 of the Constitution which accords exceptional status to Jammu and Kashmir.

Association serve Amit Shah additionally moved a bill proposing bifurcation of the territory of Jammu and Kashmir into two association regions – Jammu and Kashmir division and Ladakh.

Hitting out at the Center, Leader of Opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad stated, By repudiating Article 370 that accords uncommon status to Jammu and Kashmir, the BJP government has killed the Constitution of India.

“Restriction pioneers are stating that Article 370 brought Jammu and Kashmir to India. In any case, the truth of the matter is that the Maharaja Hari Singh marked on October 27, 1947 (the Instrument of Accession) while Article 370 appeared in 1949. So this isn’t right to say that Article 370 carried Jammu and Kashmir with India,” Amit Shah responsded to Ghulam Nabi Azad.
