Cyberbullying and online badgering are the new age issues that a large number of us have managed, on account of the passionate utilization of cell phones and boundless dispersal of individual data over online stages.
In all respects as of late, prominent author and vocalist Suchitra Krishnamoorthi took to Twitter to share her trial. Krishnamoorthi got a foul content on her Facebook account from an individual who professes to work at the ‘National Crime Prevention Council’.
She rushed to tweet the screen capture of the instant message to the Mumbai Police and look for their assistance.
When someone claims to work on National Prime Prevention council & harasses women this way @MahaCyber1 @MumbaiPolice pls take note. This message was sent to me on @facebook ! pic.twitter.com/KJ0OfUUqNy— Suchitra Krishnamoorthi (@suchitrak) July 24, 2019
The Mumbai Police was very brief to react to her objection.
We have followed you. Please DM us your contact details.— Mumbai Police (@MumbaiPolice) July 24, 2019
Not long after which Krishnamoorthi expressed gratitude toward Mumbai Police for their brief reaction.
Thank you for prompt response. I wanted to bring it to ur notice thats all and i am not under any threat. If they can message me like this imagine the plight of young vulnerable girls on social media— Suchitra Krishnamoorthi (@suchitrak) July 24, 2019
The Police later guaranteed her that the case has been moved to the Social Media cell and Cyber police headquarters.
Ma’am, we have already forwarded to our Social Media cell and Cyber police station for necessary intervention & action. Moreover, you can also Dial 100 or Tweet us, alternatively for prompt support.— Mumbai Police (@MumbaiPolice) July 24, 2019
Twitter was horrified and repeated that it could happen to our friends and family also:

True that 100 %.. it’s an ongoing challenge to protect the children from Perverts like these esp. since the patriarchy is so stuck up about the holiness of protecting the sanctity of what essentially resembles a pair of stunted boiled quail eggs and limp overcooked noodles ?— (((Panfusine))) (@panfusine) July 24, 2019
2. when dissected. freak perverts like these need to get lopped off down under like oxen! Brutal, but might just work in keeping women safe.— (((Panfusine))) (@panfusine) July 24, 2019
He looks like the same guy who sends me email to claim million dollar lottery ?— Jerry Gulati (@i_am_gulati) July 24, 2019
This occurrence demonstrates that in spite of the fact that it is simple for tormenters to rupture our protection with simply the snap of a catch, it is basic we report them and look for assistance at the most punctual.
