At present, everyone is fighting with the deadly coronavirus and to prevent the same, all have been advised to stay where they are.

People on social media doesn’t forget anything a celeb had said in the past. Currently, Sonu Nigam is being taunted by Twitteratti for his old tweets about Azaan as he is in Dubai with his family.

In April 2017, Sonu Nigam took to Twitter and tweeted that he is disturbed by Azaan every morning, and called it the Gang that causes noise pollution. Sonu shared a series of tweets about the same.

He wrote, “God bless everyone. I am not a Muslim and have to be woken up by Azan
(Muslim Prayer) in the morning. When will this forced religiousness end in
India.”

In another tweet he wrote, “By the way Mohammed did not have electricity when he made Islam… why do I have to have this cacophony after Edison?”

He was mercilessly trolled by netizens for his tweets. Post which, the singer deleted his tweets and deactivated his Twitter account pertaining to the negativity and hatred.

Now the screenshot of the same tweet from 3 years back has once again resurfaced on social media and Twitterati again got back to trolling him. Have a look:
