These Indian Celebrities Defeated Cancer And Resumed Their Career After That

Cnecer has been the disease which has spread it’s roots in all the recent years . Whether it’s the lifestyle , eating habits or the the quality of the various things we consume now a days .

When we talk about the disease called cancer , apart from the citizens of any country ,celebs have been trapped in the grounds of this disease .

Today , we talk about some of the Indian celebs who were diagnosed with cancer and got it’s treatment done. Today, they are living a normal life resuming their work sucessfully.

Lisa Ray

Lisa was diagonsed with Multiple Myeloma in the year 2009 . She is of a winner attitude and came out beating cancer . She also started a
a campaign named “Living with cancer” for supporting cancer patients. In an interview she quoted : “Cancer has changed my life in many ways, I received support and love from others. I was quite nervous before disclosing the news of my cancer. Everyone supported and it was cured in 2010.

Yuvraj Singh

Our great sportsman Yuvi was also suffering from cancer and almost everyone was aware of his disease. It was the time of worldcup 2011 , when he was diagnosed with lung cancer . Later he Went America for his treatment . Regarding the disease , he quoted
 “Cancer does not mean death. We should not be afraid of it. We should go for the treatment as soon as it is detected.”

Manisha Koirala

The very recent role of Manisha was in the movie Sanju . She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and went to USA for 6 months. She won her battle against caner in the year 2015.

Sonali Bendre

Last but not the least , Sonali was diagnosed with the ‘High Grade cancer ‘ last July .It is said that when she got to know about her disease , she cried for the whole night . She also went America for the treatment . In one of her interview , she said that her better half supported her a lot during her tough times with that single heartfelt quote ” One day at a time ” .

She won against her disease and came out with flying colors.
